I’m Corey J — a Louisiana native who believes stories heal. For 20+ years I’ve built spaces (from kitchen tables to dance floors) where people feel seen, safe, and inspired to tell their truth. I’m the author of Finding Me: Journaling Your Story Vividly, a practical guide that helps people name their experiences and begin the work of healing.

My background as a wellness coach, event host, and dance instructor taught me how to read a room, hold space, and help people open up. Now I’m expanding that work through formal training in counseling to bring clinical tools to the creative, community-first approach I already use.
